生物接触氧化法是以附着在载体(俗称弹性填料)上的生物膜为主,净化有机废水的一种高效处理工艺。目前已广泛地应用于纺织印染、毛纺针织、啤酒食品、石油化工化肥废水、医疗及生活污水等处理,并获得了明显地环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。近年来,随着给水需量地增加,加上河水、湖泊水等地表水不同程度地受到大面积有机污染,采用接触氧化法工艺进行处理。多年来,该工艺因具有高效节能、占地面积小、耐冲击负荷、运行管理方便等独特优点而被设计部门广泛采用,深受用户的欢迎和青睐。

Stereo-elastic packing

Stereo-elastic packing is the core part of contact oxidation process, which directly affects the treatment effect, oxygenation performance, infrastructure investment, operation cycle and cost.

Biological contact oxidation (biofilm) is an efficient process to purify organic wastewater, which is mainly attached to the carrier (commonly known as elastic filler). At present, it has been widely used in textile printing and dyeing, wool knitting, beer and food, petrochemical chemical fertilizer wastewater, medical treatment and domestic sewage treatment, and has obtained obvious environmental, social and economic benefits. In recent years, as the demand for water supply has increased, and surface water such as river water and lake water has been subjected to large-area organic pollution to varying degrees, the contact oxidation process is adopted for treatment. Over the years, this process has been widely used by design departments due to its unique advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, small floor area, shock resistance, convenient operation and management, and is welcomed and favored by users.
