●组合形式：

若干个过滤单元并联，形式JY系列盘片式过滤器。
基本组合有JY2-3～5（3～5个2"过滤头）；JY3-3～10(3～10个3"过滤头)共11种组合方式。

●工作原理：
JY过滤器分JY2（2"）、JY3（3"）二种基本过滤单元，其中过滤芯是由一组带沟槽棱边形成的交叉点把水中固体物截留。由于同时具有表面拦截和浓度凝聚的作用，大大提高了过滤效果.

●工作状态

过滤盘片在弹簧力和水力作用下被紧密地压在一起。当含有杂质的水通过时杂质颗粒被截留。

●反洗状态

控制器控制阀门改变水流方向。盘片被松开，位于盘片中央的喷嘴沿切线喷射，使盘片旋转，盘上截留的固体物被冲洗出去。

如果来水压力低，不足以满足反洗要求，可采用外接反洗水源JYF系列或增加出口主阀的方式，保证盘式过滤器的正常运行和反洗。

●选型设计

每个过滤单元（3"或2"）,针对不同的原水水质和不同的出水精度要求,其产水量也是不同的(参见参数表)
一般把原水水质分成四类：
A、优良水质：城市自来水，从稳定的含水层抽取的井水；
B、一般水质：循环准冷却水，经沉淀处理过的地面水，经过有效沉淀和完全生物筛过的排水；
C、较差水质：从水质很差的含水层抽取的地下水，经过有效沉淀，但未经或经很少的生物处理的排水，有微生物大量繁殖的地面水；
D、很差水质：从很脏或富含铁锰的井中抽取的井水，受洪水影响且未经沉淀的地面水，未经沉淀及生物处理的排水。为保证过滤系统较好的工作状态，D类水质需要进行预处理以提高一个等级。

●设备材质

JY过滤头由增强聚酰胺塑料成型制造，防腐耐磨，可承受工作压力0.8Mpa 。
过滤盘材质为聚丙烯塑料，密封为EPDM，进出水及排水管路为不锈钢材质。

●安装说明

1、电源：220V、50ZH，现场附近装有标准插座即可。进出水管道与设备系统法兰联接，参见设备外形尺寸图。
2、控制器为专用定型产品，已固定在过滤器上；
3、进水、出水管应加装手动阀门，同时阀门里侧装压力表；
4、设备通过膨胀螺丝固定在水泥平台。

● Combination form:

Several filter units are connected in parallel to form the JY series disc filter.

The basic combination includes JY2-3~5 (3~5 2" filter nozzles; JY3-3~10 (3~10 3" filter nozzles) a total of 11 combinations.

● working principle:

JY filter has JY2 (2") and JY3 (3") basic filtering units. The filter element consists of a set of intersecting points formed by grooves and edges to trap solids in the water. Because of the function of surface interception and concentration condensation, the filtering effect is greatly improved.

● working state

The filter disks are tightly packed together by spring and hydraulic forces. Impurity particles are trapped when water containing impurities passes through.

● backwash state

The controller controls the valve to change the flow direction. The disc is released, and a nozzle located in the center of the disc sprays along the tangent line, causing the disc to rotate and the solids trapped on the disc to be washed out.

If the incoming water pressure is low and insufficient to meet the backwashing requirements, If the incoming water pressure is low enough to meet the requirements of backwashing, JYF series external backwashing water source can be adopted or the main outlet valve can be added to ensure the normal operation and backwashing of the disc filter.

●Selection design

Each filter unit (3" or 2") has different water production rates for different raw water quality and different water discharge accuracy requirements (see parameter table)

The raw water quality is generally divided into four categories:

A. Excellent water quality: urban tap water, well water drawn from a stable aquifer;

B. General water quality: circulating quasi-cooling water, surface water treated by sedimentation, drainage after effective sedimentation and complete bio-screening;

C. Poor water quality: Groundwater extracted from aquifers with poor water quality, after effective sedimentation, but without or with little biological treatment of drainage, there is surface water in which microbes multiply;

D. Very poor water quality: well water extracted from well-dirty or iron-manganese-rich wells, surface water affected by flooding and not precipitated, drainage without sedimentation and biological treatment. In order to ensure a good working condition of the filtration system, Class D water quality needs to be pretreated to improve one level.

● equipment material

JY filter nozzle is made of reinforced polyamide plastic, anticorrosive and wear-resistant, and can withstand working pressure of 0.8mpa.

The filter plate is made of polypropylene plastic, the seal is EPDM, and the water inlet and outlet channels are made of stainless steel.

●Installation instructions

1. Power supply: 220V, 50ZH, standard sockets can be installed near the site. The inlet and outlet pipes are connected to the flange of the equipment system. See the dimension sheet.

2. The controller is a special shaped product that has been fixed on the filter;

3. The inlet valve and the outlet pipe should be equipped with a manual valve, and the pressure gauge on the side of the valve;

4. The equipment is fixed on the cement platform by expansion screws.
