一、概述
LSF型螺旋砂水分离器在动力装置的驱动下，砂水混合液从分离器一端顶部输入水箱，混合液中比重较大的如砂粒等沉降于槽形底部，在螺旋叶片的推动下，砂粒沿斜置的U型槽底提升，离开液面后继续推移一段距离，在砂粒充分脱水后，经排砂口卸至集砂箱，砂水分离后的水则从溢流口排出并送往厂内水池。

Overview

The LSF spiral grit water separator is driven by the power device, and the sand water mixture is input into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator. Sand grains with a large proportion in the mixture settle at the bottom of the groove. Under the push of spiral blades, sand grains rise along the bottom of the inclined u-shaped groove. After leaving the liquid level, continue to move for a certain distance. After the sand is fully dehydrated, discharge it to the sand collecting box through the sand discharge port. After sand water separation, the water is discharged from the overflow port and sent to the plant pool.
