皮带输送机常用于输送零散的小零件及重量在100kg以下的物品。在组装、包装生产线，以及象食品、医药等需要无污染的行业得到广泛应用。
输送机的皮带常采用PVC/PU带，机架常用碳钢及铝型材，在潮湿或食品、医药等行业则用不锈钢板。驱动方式一般有电机驱动及电动滚筒驱动二种，速度在3m/min-30m/min之间。采用变频器调速，变速比达1：3。
皮带输送机除常见的水平输送外，根据输送要求，可制造成转弯式、倾斜式、带挡板大倾斜式（爬坡皮带机）、变幅式、侧翻式等各种型式。
采用PLC控制，变频器驱动，我们开发出了长达180米的超长皮带机。

The belt conveyor can transport a wide variety of materials with various structures and forms, which can meet the special requirements of oil resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-static, etc.
Belt conveyor is often used to transport scattered small parts and items that the weight of less than 100kg. It is widely used in assembly and packaging production lines, as well as industries requiring no pollution, such as food and medicine. Conveyor belt often use PVC/PU belt, frame commonly used carbon steel and aluminum profile, in wet or food, medicine and other industries with stainless steel plate.
In addition to the common horizontal transport, according to the transport requirements, can be manufactured into a turning type, tilt type, with baffle large tilt type (climbing belt), amplitude type, rollover and other types.
